Document Scanning
With this add-on of K3 you will be able to control your document flow in the organization. Transport slips, Receipt documents, Invoices, all paperwork you can scan attach the Navision document. This can all be controlled from within Navision. Documents scan be scanned from within Navision one by one. Another option is to bulk scan multiple documents in a row. Invoice Acceptance
K3 Invoice Acceptance is designed to fully monitor and control your purchasing and invoicing process. It allows you to set up an authorisation hierarchy within the company by defining Authorisation groups (departments), their managers and assigning limits of approval.
